Yongmin Huang is a Chinese-born artist trained at the Xiamen School of Fine Arts. Working across painting, drawing, and sculpture, he merges oil painting with lyrical abstraction, drawing on Eastern pictorial traditions. His practice incorporates elements of calligraphy and explores the interplay between emptiness and fullness through layered materials and textures. Huang’s work evokes hazy, spiritualized landscapes that invite quiet reflection and express a meditative sense of harmony.
