Yasmin Runge (b. 1998, Berlin) is a painter based in Bad Segeberg. Since 2022, she has focused on contemporary painting, developing a practice that moves between abstraction, landscape, and memory. Working with acrylic on canvas, Runge builds layered compositions that use light, movement, and color to translate internal states into atmospheric spaces. Her landscapes and floral forms serve as expressions of memory and emotion rather than traditional motifs. Recent series include Inner Horizons, which reflects on the evolution of emotion through experience, and Myths of Gold, drawing on Greek mythology to explore materiality and light. Runge debuted her work in two group exhibitions in 2026 and also accepts private commissions.
