For nearly four decades, Susana Mazzarino has investigated light as a vehicle of consciousness through a transdisciplinary practice. Her digitally created, meditative works—made on an iPad Pro in a solar-powered studio in Alicante—are produced as museum-quality giclée prints on canvas in editions of three plus artist proofs. Mazzarino’s art appears in thirteen institutional curated collections on four continents and she was awarded two Special Awards in the 20th Arte Laguna Prize. She is also a PhD candidate in Fine Arts, researching consciousness transformation through light-based digital art. Over 25 years as an international designer, she presented more than 50 collections in major cities including Shanghai, Paris, and New York, with work distributed in over 20 countries and recognized by WGSN. Upcoming exhibitions include MAMAM Brazil (2026), Contemporary Venice (2025), MEAM Barcelona (2026), and Carrousel du Louvre Paris (2026). Further recognition includes the Luxembourg Art Prize Certificate, Bronze Award from Camelback Gallery, Second Place at NYC4PA, and a Feature at TERAVARNA. Mazzarino’s works serve as visual koans, transmitting expanded states of awareness through digital luminosity.
