Robert Bass has painted since childhood, developing his practice through more than a decade of study in the studio of a prominent Val d’Oise artist between 1999 and 2011. In 2012, he established his own studio, where he defined his distinctive approach known as vibrachromism. His works are marked by vivid color harmonies and an emphasis on light, which acts as an active presence and transforms each composition into an immersive, poetic experience.
