Nova Shah, weaves traditional Chinese ink painting with Western oil painting. He skillfully unifies Eastern and Western artistic traditions under a modern lens, reaching audiences through innovative methods and promoting cross-cultural art appreciation. The works he is promoting echoes his belief in the evolution of traditional Chinese painting in the digital era while preserving its profound cultural roots.
He spent two decades bringing Western corporate discipline to China, managing multimillion-dollar R&D projects at Lucent Technologies and Microsoft. His job was to decode foreign systems and make them work locally。Today he runes the same playbook in reverse, for culture. Based in Jinan, he operates at the intersection of a twenty-year-old painting collective and cross-border digital platforms, building recognition for mid-career Chinese ink painters directly with European and North American collectors through livestreaming, independent e-commerce, and knowledge-based content.
