Trained in drawing, painting, and sound and image design in Buenos Aires, Nicolás A. Urquiza works across oil, sculpture, glitch art, photocopies, and animation. His approach moves between hyperrealism, automatic drawing, and what he describes as "cubism in motion," combining reduction, margin manipulation, and simultaneous perspectives. Urquiza’s introspective and experimental works blend traditional and digital methods, seeking to evoke an existential and cathartic presence. His practice aims to renew perception and foster a meditative connection with what he calls the Polish-Pataphysical here-and-now.
