Trained in applied graphics and photography, Michele De Agostini is a multidisciplinary artist and originator of Voluntarist Dermatism—an approach that examines the relationship between humans and art. Working primarily with acrylic and using brushes, knives, and spatulas, De Agostini’s practice is marked by what he describes as pictorial poetry, combining lyrical expressiveness with a natural sensibility.
