Mark is a British painter based at Clockwork Studios in London, where he has worked for more than 25 years among a diverse community of artists. He holds a BA (Hons) and a Master’s degree in Illustration from Birmingham School of Art & Design. Drawing inspiration from everyday life and landscapes in London and beyond, his oil paintings are known for their vivid color, dynamic brushwork, and attention to the interaction of light and season. Working both en plein air and in the studio, Mark often focuses on the connection between the natural world and human-made structures.
