His paintings are defined by dynamic forms and bold color, reflecting both inner experiences and external impressions. Frequently blending dream-like architectures, landscapes, and enigmatic interiors, Ashrafi’s work offers viewers a space for personal interpretation. Born in Uroumieh, Iran, he moved to Hamburg in 1985. He completed a vocational high school diploma specializing in graphics and design in 1993, followed by a Diploma in Design Visual Communication in 1998.
