Eva Lászlóné Wágner

Hungary

After retiring from a career as an economics teacher in 2020, the artist turned full attention to painting, studying a range of techniques at various painting schools. Significant teachers included Kálmán Gasztonyi, János Sebestyén, Bea Erdős, Zoltán Székács, Zoltán Suhaj, and Zsuzsa Erdélyi. Working primarily in oil, the artist is drawn to the expressive potential of vibrant colors, focusing on the interplay of orange, red, yellow, purple, and green. Recent years have brought increasing solo and group exhibitions in Austria, the Czech Republic, Spain, and Hungary. Positive responses from viewers have encouraged continued development of a style centered on color, emotion, and spirituality.
