Luca Azzurro, an artist and architect educated at the New Academy of Fine Arts in Milan, works primarily with repurposed VHS tapes as both canvas and material. Combining collage and painting techniques, he integrates content and form to create works that bridge contemporary art with nostalgia. His practice is characterized by a focus on materiality, temporality, and the distinctiveness of obsolete technology, prompting reflections on memory and personal aesthetics.
