Caner Karavit is a Turkish painter and printmaker whose practice has evolved through two distinct phases. His early work, shaped by Western art, encompassed performances, paintings, printmaking, and wood carvings. In more recent years, his approach has shifted, drawing influence from Chinese art and Buddhist philosophy. Karavit’s work has been exhibited across Turkey, China, and Italy, and he has received several awards for his artistic contributions.
