Born in Berlin-Pankow in 1971 and raised in Berlin-Friedrichshain, the artist initially trained as a bricklayer and tile setter before dedicating himself to art as a self-taught practitioner. Early experiences in school art classes led to exhibitions of watercolors and linocuts in children's and youth art shows. His current practice centers on creating mosaics on wooden surfaces, alongside ongoing explorations in acrylic painting. Driven by a continual curiosity, he enjoys experimenting with new craft techniques.
