Born in Spain in 1956, Andrés Rueda is a Neo-Impressionist painter whose expressive, vibrant paintings have been shown across Spain, as well as in Germany, the Netherlands, France, and China. Drawing on a self-identified lineage from French Impressionism, Rueda began as a street painter before exhibiting in prominent galleries in Barcelona, California, the Netherlands, Madrid, China, Paris, and Castellón. Based in Spain and describing himself as a citizen of the world, his works are held in collections throughout Spain, Germany, Argentina, France, Luxembourg, China, the United States, and London.
