Lata Francis is a painter based in Bangalore whose work focuses on intuitive, expressive abstraction. Drawing on more than twenty years of experience in fine arts, retail, and visual merchandising management, she creates layered compositions characterized by tactile surfaces, raw textures, and dry brush techniques. Francis holds a BFA from Stella Maris, Chennai, and has exhibited in both solo and group shows in Bangalore. Her paintings are included in private collections in India, Australia, the U.A.E., and the USA.
