I am Roger Wanrooij – artist from Venlo. My work arises from silence, without a preconceived plan. In layers of self-made modelling paste, resin, pigments, metal and metal leaf. I explore movement, space and transience.
This abstract art is sensual and layered. It invites you to slow down – to feel, to look without words.
Here, materials become more than matter. Here, art emerges from intuition, silence and light. Each work of art is an encounter. A moment of reflection. Let yourself be guided by the rhythm of texture, depth and transience.
