My artistic research develops through contemporary figurative painting and arises from the desire to explore the complexity of human identity, particularly that of women.
The faces I paint are not simple portraits, but inner places where memory, emotion, and transformation meet. Through fragmentation, superimposition, and visual interference, I seek to represent that ever-changing dimension of existence where nothing is definitive and every experience leaves its mark.
Nature is a central element of my pictorial language. Flowers, leaves, butterflies, and organic forms intertwine with the figures as symbols of growth, rebirth, and change. The dialogue between body and nature thus becomes a reflection on the profound bond that unites the inner and outer worlds.
My painting moves between presence and absence, between what appears and what is hidden.
