My work shows women that have agency, in contrast to the way they have been depicted historically, ie as objects of the male gaze or as muses. My works is for women who want to feel seen as they are, imperfect but real.
It’s not unusual that I revisit motifs in different mediums, much like looking at an object from different angles.
