« Mon travail porte sur la féminité et tout ce qui l'entoure. Je peins une féminité trop souvent oubliée. Comme cela peut parfois être émotionnel, j'utilise beaucoup de couleurs. »
Raphaële Anfré développe une peinture qui se situe entre figuration et abstraction, où le corps féminin, la nature et la mémoire intime se répondent et se fondent. À travers une technique d’aquarelle qu’elle a élaborée au fil des années, elle construit des œuvres qui suggèrent plus qu’elles ne démontrent, invitant le regard à errer, à hésiter, à revenir.
Ses séries explorent la féminité sous ses formes les plus sensibles : la peau comme paysage, le corps comme territoire, la fleur comme double silencieux. Chaque toile joue avec la perception, entre ce qui se donne et ce qui se dérobe, entre présence et effacement, créant un jeu subtil entre ce que l’œuvre révèle et ce que le regard du spectateur cherche à y trouver.
Exposée en France et à l’international, Raphaële Anfré poursuit une recherche picturale exigeante, guidée par une attention à l’intime et à ce qui se montre sans jamais se livrer entièrement.
